The Sealed Display

A "Display" is a box that usually contains 10, 20, or 30 booster packs (depending on the series). Here, it is factory-sealed with a transparent plastic film (the famous "shrink" ).

In Japan, to combat resale, Pokémon Centers remove the plastic film (shrink) at the checkout. It's mandatory.
