Special Art Rare (SAR) — Dark Terastal
The undeniable gem of the Japanese extension Ruler of the Black Flame reveals itself in all its splendor. This Charizard in its Dark-type Terastal form features a masterful alternate illustration, establishing itself as one of the most iconic and coveted cards of the entire Scarlet & Violet era.
ID: 134/108. Rarity: SAR (Special Art Rare). Type: Dark (Terastal). Series: SV3.
Artist: AKIRA EGAWA
AKIRA EGAWA creates a breathtaking work of art where Charizard seems to emerge from the depths of a fiery abyss, crowned with its imposing Terastal jewel. The premium textured finish exclusive to Japanese SARs offers surgical precision in its granularity and micro-reliefs, capturing light to make the crystal facets shine against the dark and shadowy hues of its coat.
"When transformed by the Terastallization phenomenon, its dark blue flames consume even darkness itself." — Japanese SV3 series.
